Sharia is not complete during the prophet time

I would dispute the argument that the Sharia already existed during the time of the Prophet. I stand by my argument that the Sharia developed over hundreds of years after the death of Prophet Muhammad. For example, if the Sharia is based on four sources (the Qur'an, Sunnah, ijma, and qiyas) how can the Sharia had been already fully developed at the time of the Prophet when three of the four sources came after the death of the Prophet?

Postpontment of caning on Kartika

RPK said : "Why after Ramadhan? Why not now? There is no Islamic law and no verse in the Quran that says no sentence should be carried out during the month of Ramadhan." - http://mt.m2day.org/2008/content/view/26170/84/

FHI, there is a Hadith about a woman who confessed of comitting adultery and asked for punishment but The Prophet ruled that she go back becaise she was pregnant. This ruling is also not mentioned inthe Quran. I hope RPK learn something.
